1. Copyright Ownership
All articles published by Consortium Publisher—ICDTD Inc. are subject to author-retained copyright. Authors maintain full copyright ownership of their published work. Upon acceptance, authors grant Consortium Publisher a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and distribute the article in print and electronic forms and to identify itself as the original publisher.
2. Licensing Terms
To promote free access and responsible reuse, all articles are published under a Creative Commons (CC) license, typically one of the following:
- CC BY 4.0 – Attribution License
This is the default license for all journals unless otherwise specified. It permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited. - CC BY-NC 4.0 – Attribution-NonCommercial License
Some journals may use this license, which allows reuse for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
Each journal clearly states the applicable license on its homepage and on individual article pages.
3. Author Rights
Authors publishing with Consortium Publisher:
- Retain copyright.
- Can archive the final published version in personal or institutional repositories.
- Can reuse content in theses, books, and derivative works, with appropriate citation.
- May share the article publicly, including via academic networking sites (e.g., ResearchGate), institutional repositories, and personal websites.
There are no embargo periods for any version of the article (preprint, postprint, or published version).
4. Third-Party Content
If an article contains any third-party content (e.g., images, data, or charts not created by the authors), authors must ensure that they have obtained the necessary rights to reuse this material and that such use complies with the selected Creative Commons license.

6. Licensing Disclosure

7. License Choice and Author Consent
Authors select their preferred license at the time of submission or acceptance. By submitting their work, authors agree to the terms of the selected Creative Commons license and affirm that the work is original and free of any rights-infringing material.
8. Use of Published Content
Readers and users may:
- Share: copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
- Adapt: remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose (CC BY), or for non-commercial purposes (CC BY-NC)
- Provided proper attribution is given to the original source.
No additional permission is required for any use covered by the license.
