Consortium Publisher upholds the highest standards of academic publishing, ensuring that all published content contributes meaningfully to global scientific knowledge. The following criteria serve as the foundation for evaluating all submissions across our journals.

These publication standards align with the international norms set by organizations such as the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), and follow guidelines such as the CONSORT Statement for clinical trials and STROBE for observational studies.

1. Scientific Merit and Originality

  • The research must address a clearly defined problem and present original data, analysis, or interpretation not published elsewhere.
  • Submissions must demonstrate scientific rigor, sound methodology, and relevance to the journal’s focus area.
  • The study must provide novel insights or substantially enhance existing understanding in the field.

2. Ethical Integrity

  • All human or animal research must include statements of ethical approval from appropriate regulatory bodies (e.g., IRB, IACUC).
  • Informed consent from human subjects must be obtained and documented.
  • Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest, funding sources, and adhere to ethical standards outlined by COPE.

3. Authorship and Contributions

  • Authors must meet the ICMJE authorship criteria and must clearly specify individual contributions using the CRediT Taxonomy.
  • Any changes in authorship after submission must be supported by a written explanation and consent from all listed authors.

4. Methodological Transparency

  • Submissions must include sufficient methodological detail to allow replication and independent verification.
  • All statistical methods must be clearly described, justified, and used appropriately.
  • Adherence to reporting guidelines such as PRISMA (for systematic reviews), CARE (for case reports), or STARD (for diagnostic studies) is strongly encouraged.

5. Data Accuracy and Transparency

  • Data must be accurately presented, with any data sharing statements or repository links included where appropriate (e.g., Dryad, Figshare, or institutional repositories).
  • The submission must be free from data manipulation, falsification, or selective reporting.

6. Language and Presentation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English (British or American, consistently used) and conform to grammatical standards.
  • Figures, tables, and supplementary materials should be high-quality, appropriately labeled, and referenced within the text.
  • Titles, abstracts, and keywords must accurately reflect the manuscript content and comply with MeSH standards.

7. References and Citations

8. Relevance to the Journal

  • The manuscript must fit within the aims and scope of the specific Consortium Publisher journal to which it is submitted.
  • Interdisciplinary studies are welcome where scientific integration is clear and well justified.

9. Compliance with Open Access and Licensing

10. Peer Review and Editorial Discretion

  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by subject matter experts.
  • Final publication decisions are made by the editor-in-chief and editorial board, based on reviewer feedback, ethical compliance, and journal fit.
  • Submissions may be rejected, returned for revision, or accepted conditionally based on scientific merit and clarity.
