Abstract

While organizations, institutions, and businesses provide stability, resources, and platforms for professional growth, they can simultaneously act as obstacles to individual progress. Hierarchical constraints, rigid policies, favoritism, and office politics often serve as invisible barriers, intentionally or unintentionally keeping talented individuals stagnant, unsuccessful, or obscure in their careers and personal ambitions. Many employees or entrepreneurs find that the structures designed to support them instead slow down, block, or undermine their achievements.
