Taha Nazir PhD
Dr. Taha Nazir is currently serving as Head of Microbiology, AS Chemical Laboratory, Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, and Scientific Executive, Advanced Multiple Inc., Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Nazir holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology (2010), M.Phil. in Pharmacology (2000), and a degree in Pharmacy (1997). He brings nearly 25 years of academic, research, teaching, scientific, and professional experience, with expertise in pharmacology, microbiology, epidemiology, molecular biology, cell pathology, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical sciences.
Throughout his career, Dr. Nazir has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students and contributed to curriculum development, academic programs, scientific projects, and research initiatives. He has extensive experience in scientific writing, peer review, research evaluation, editorial management, and scholarly publishing. His scholarly contributions include seven books and approximately 80 research articles published in recognized scientific journals. As Editor-in-Chief, he will provide academic and editorial leadership to the Journal of Applied Pharmacy, promoting rigorous peer review, research integrity, international collaboration, and high-quality pharmaceutical and biomedical research.
